Super cute, charming mountain Cabin. This free-standing Cabin is part of the Mt Rose Chalets community and has low association dues. The Cabin has been well-maintained for the past 25 years. There are two decks for enjoying the outdoors - the front deck was rebuilt in 2017 with concealed fasteners on the deck boards (no exposed screws). The back deck faces an open space common area and offers privacy from other units. The Cabin also has energy-efficient double-pane windows., This Cabin has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a loft area with a closet. This space can be used as a third bedroom or office. The kitchen layout offers plenty of cabinet storage and counter space, which is not always common in these cabins. The appliances have all been updated, including a new stove and a recently installed dishwasher. One bathroom has a jacuzzi jetted tub with an in-line heater to maintain temperature—excellent after skiing or hiking. Enjoy the mountains from this sweet Cabin.
